Henry Barclay and his heirs, especially his wife Maria and his son Anthony Barclay, including releases, deeds, mortgages, cadastral maps, land transfers, and a 1764 probate copy of the will of Rev. Henry Barclay. Barclay's estate included properties in New York City and New Town, Queens County, New York, and maps include a manuscript map prepared by Evert Bancker, Jr., showing a parcel of lots between "Fresh Water and the Broad Way" (lots along Broadway and Anne Street) in Manhattan.
